Sight Word Racers & Sundaes with Mrs. Bashore
8 lucky Kindergarten students will play Sight Word Racers and enjoy an Ice Cream Sundae Bar in the Kindergarten classroom with Mrs. Bashore on March 25th 2-3:30pm.
Dodgeball
The winning forty (40) 5th-8th grade students are entitled to an all-out fun three (3) hours of Dodgeball, a movie, and dinner with Mr. McGann. Pizza, soda, and water are included. Date May 8th, 5:30-8:30 PM, St. Mary School Gym
8th Grade Farewell Class Celebration
A farewell Celebration for the 8th grade class of 2020.  The Vallejo Family will host an end of year/graduation celebration before the class goes their separate ways. Friday May 29th, 2020 from 12:30-6pm.  The kids will enjoy swimming, games, food, and beverages.
East Sac Progressive Party
Spend a fun night with friends eating and drinking your way from house to house. Starting at the Patock's Home for dinner and drinks then heading over to the Chavez home for dessert and more drinks. No driving - just walking!
Lunch & Gelato with Mrs. Diaz
5 lucky students will have the opportunity to walk to Round Table pizza for lunch with Mrs. Diaz on April 30th, then stroll down to Yume Gelato for dessert before returning to school.
Bowling with Mrs. Bracken
Mrs. Bracken will treat five (5) lucky students to bowling at Country Club Lanes on April 29th at 4pm!  Don't SPARE any time signing up for these spots - they'll go quick!
Powerhouse Science Center with Mrs. Eisenberg
4 lucky 5th-8th grade students will spend the afternoon (2-4:30pm) of May 2nd at the Powerhouse Science Center with Mrs. Eisenberg.
Leatherby's Ice Cream Party with Mrs. Billeci
Five lucky 1st graders will enjoy an Ice Cream Party with Mrs. Billeci at Leatherby's on Sunday May 3 at 2pm.
Parents Night Out
The 8th grade will host a Parents Night Out and a Kids Night In on May 15th from 5-9pm in the Gym for SMS TK-6th graders!  The night will be filled with lots of fun activities led by the 8th graders, including corn hole, crafts, group games, yummy food and drinks, and a movie in sleeping bags.  Don't miss out on the fun!

Help us make our largest fundraising event of the year a success!  

We ask our community to support the auction in one (or more!) of the following ways:

  1. Attend – Enjoy dinner, drinks, auction, dancing and more!  Invite your family and friends to this great event celebrating our community!
  2. Volunteer – We have many positions open to help!  Sign up under “volunteer” in SchoolSpeak to set up the day before the event, assist the night of the event, or clean up the day after.  We also need families to host Sign-Up Parties, check out ideas on SchoolSpeak.  Remember that this is your last chance to get your required parent hours in before March 31st!
  3. Sponsor– There are many levels of sponsorships available this year, including Sponsor-A-Teacher!  
  4. Donate –It’s easy to donate!  Donate physical items or experiences by filling out the online form, then drop them off to the school office.
